Unfortunately, the pandemic is causing unexpected order fulfillment and shipping delays. The USPS is experiencing unusual volume and tracking numbers may not reflect real-time tracking.

Not Happy with Your Purchase?

The team at Harmonious Living understands that sometimes items do not work for you after you receive them. Not to worry!

Simply initiate a return within 14 days of receipt by emailing myspaworx@gmail.com with your order number and  "Return/Exchange" in the subject line. Once approved,  we will be more than happy to issue a store credit less the shipping cost, upon receipt of the undamaged item. Monetary refunds or exchanges are not offered.

All orders placed online must be returned via mail. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions (undamaged) stated above.

 

We will send you a store credit code within 3 business days of receiving your returned item. Please keep your return shipping tracking number.

Any returns received outside of our return policy guidelines will become the property of Harmonious Living and no store credit will be issued. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please contact myspaworx@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt, we will replace unused defective or damaged items with the originally ordered item with proof of damage or error. After 3 business days all sales are final.
